Shipping & Returns
We currently ship Polka Pants all over the world! All parcels are sent with Royal Mail, Monday to Friday, requiring a signature on delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS
Charges below are for 1 pair of Polka Pants, prices will vary for larger orders. All shipping costs include handling charges.
UK Standard Delivery (3 working days): £5
UK Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm): £10
Europe (5-7 working days): £13
Rest of World (7-10 working days): £15
For next working day (Monday-Friday) delivery, you must place your order before 12pm.
We happily accept returns/exchanges on full-priced items in their original condition (unworn/unwashed) if returned within 14 working days. If you have any concerns regarding our returns policy, please get in touch via the contact page.
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, we will try our best to replace it based on availability. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear (ie button falling off) are not considered to be faulty.
HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
For all returns or exchanges please submit a request using the online gateway. All orders must be submitted through the gateway to be applicable for return or exchange. If we do not receive an online submission, we cannot proceed.

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (subject to stock availability). Refunds, once approved will be processed within 15 working days.
The cost to return an item for refund or exchange is at the expense of the custom. For security and peace of mind, we recommend that you use an insured registered post to ensure safe and documented delivery as we are not liable for any lost returned items.
Any faulty items being returned, we are happy to cover the cost of shipping up to the value of £15, any packages sent via Fed Ex or UPS that in-cure import tax must be paid by the sender in full or will be returned without refund or exchange.
MY PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED, CAN I GET IT RESENT?
We sent all packages via recorded delivery, which means a signature is required on delivery. If you are not present, and the package was attempted to be delivered, please contact your local shipping service to get it redirected to you. If your package is returned to us, we can ship it back to you at the cost of the original shipping price.
Please note that our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning and emails will be answered within 48 hours.
