For myself, in my studio or all across London
How did you get into cooking?
I always had a passion for cooking, but I first went to university to study architecture. Soon after my degree, I realised that I wanted a career in food and threw myself into the deep end and became a chef. Lots of hard work and determination has got me to where I am today.
What item of food best describes your personality?
Chilli. Spicy, fiery but compliments lots of other food.
Favourite thing to do on your day off (apart from sleep!)?
Spend time with my family, particularly my young son, Riley.
What Polka’s do you have?
Carême White, Utility Black, Signature PolkaDot, a custom Miso Caramel colour and a fetching London Shell Co Bespoke pair and the very first maternity PolkaPants sample!)

Order everything at Bright, London Fields with lots of wine.
